Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the appointment, cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

All new client color + extension appointments require a 75$ non-refundable deposit to book. This goes towards your upcoming service. If you no call/no show your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. You are allotted 1 reschedule to your stylists next immediate opening under this deposit, after that another deposit must be made.

We realize sometimes childcare isn't available. However, we ask that children are only present in the salon unless they are receiving a service.  If your child must attend your appointment with you, we ask that they are fully supervised the entire time. Our salon is equipped with chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects that are not safe for children to explore.

We do not offer refunds however, we have a 7 day adjustment period. Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of your hair, you must let us know within 7 days for an adjustment to be made. If it is outside of the 7 day period, it will be considered a new service.
