Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in, grab a beverage, and meet your stylist.
Together, you and your stylist will come up with the perfect plan for your hair inspiration and your lifestyle needs.
Color services are definitely our specialty at LIFT.
If you are seeking a transformation color, we strongly recommend booking an in-person consultation first.
This will ensure your stylist will have the proper time allowed for your needs, as well as discussing a plan for your hair and the pricing that goes with a transformation service.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the appointment, cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
We realize sometimes childcare isn't available. However, we ask that children are only present in the salon unless they are receiving a service. If your child must attend your appointment with you, we ask that they are fully supervised the entire time. Our salon is equipped with chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects that are not safe for children to explore.
We do not offer refunds however, we have a 7 day adjustment period. Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of your hair, you must let us know within 7 days for an adjustment to be made. If it is outside of the 7 day period, it will be considered a new service.
