Jaton
Jaton is a Rogers, Arkansas native and a second generation hairstylist. Growing up in a salon, she has had a passion for the industry since childhood, and started her career in hair in 2012. Jaton specializes in lived-in-color and blonding and is always looking for the newest trends and classes to further her knowledge. After working behind the chair for 6 years, in the spring of 2018 Jaton new she was ready for something more, and LIFT was born! On the rare occasion she's not in the salon, she's a homebody hanging with her 2 rescue pups, but probably still watching hair videos!

Stylist, mentor, and low-maintenance hair enthusiast.
I specialize in lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, and cuts that grow out beautifully.
Cat mom and book lover, here to create hair that looks good and makes sense.
Outside the salon, you’ll find me with my plants, a craft cocktail, or traveling with my husband.

Madi
Madi grew up in Bentonville, Arkansas, where her love for beauty and creativity quickly turned into a passion for hairstyling. She graduated from cosmetology school in 2025 and has since specialized in blonding, lived-in color, dimensional color, and modern cuts. She is dedicated to continuing her education and staying up to date with the latest trends to give every client a look that feels both effortless and customized. When she’s not behind the chair, Madi enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring new coffee spots, and finding inspiration for her next hair creations.

Eve
Evelyn (aka Eve) is from a small town, green Forest, AR & moved to NWA to pursue her career as a hairstylist in 2023! She apprenticed under Jaton for a year, while also building her own clientele! She specializes in lived-in colors + blondes! On her spare time she likes to be outdoors & enjoys quality time with her loved ones! She’s also a Spanish speaking stylist!

Melody
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Melody and her family moved here in 2018. When not at work you can find her cozied up reading a great book, in the garden or spending time with her husband, 3 daughters and son in law. First grandbaby coming soon! She also enjoys a great cocktail and trying new food.
Melody has been licensed since 2006. Enhancing your hairs natural beauty, grey coveage/blending and a great cut are her specialties.

Payton was born and raised in Springdale, AR and is currently apprenticing under Jaton. She likes to spend most of her free time thrifting, hanging with her friends and fur babies, and she's also a self-proclaimed pickle connoisseur! Payton is currently taking her own clients on Saturdays.
