About Us
Jaton
Jaton is a Rogers, Arkansas native and a second generation hairstylist. Growing up in a salon, she has had a passion for the industry since childhood, and started her career in hair in 2012. Jaton specializes in lived-in-color and blonding and is always looking for the newest trends and classes to further her knowledge. After working behind the chair for 6 years, in the spring of 2018 Jaton new she was ready for something more, and LIFT was born! On the rare occasion she's not in the salon, she's a homebody hanging with her 2 rescue pups, but probably still watching hair videos!
Megan
Megan is originally from Oklahoma and recently relocated to NWA. She has 10+ years experience behind the chair and a passion for the business side of the industry. Megan specializes in lived-in color and she loves a great blunt cut! When she isn't in the salon you can catch her kayaking + brewery hopping with her husband or at home lounging with her cats Ash + Raven.
Payton S.
Payton is an Arkansas native. She decided to follow her dream and go to cosmetology school in 2020. She loves being able to help people find their confidence through their hair. Her passion is blondes and lived in looks that blend flawlessly! She enjoys keeping up with trends and educating herself to better help with her clients' hair needs. When she is not behind the chair you can find her playing with her 2 corgis and spending time with her husband!
Eve
Evelyn (aka Eve) is from the small town Green Forest, AR, and recently moved to NWA to pursue her career as a hairstylist. After getting licensed in 2023, she apprenticed under Jaton for a year, while also building her own clientele. She always enjoys learning about the beauty industry, but in her spare time she likes to be outdoors and spend time with family and friends. She enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring all of NWA downtowns. Eve loves her some 7 brew and is very thankful to be closer to it!
Melody
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Melody was behind the chair for 6 years after becoming licensed in 2006. She took a break to raise her kids and then she and her family moved to NWA in 2018. Melody is very excited to be back behind the chair again! When she’s not at work she loves spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, gardening on her homestead, she loves growing unique heirloom varieties of fruit and veggies, raising chicks for eggs and is hoping to add ducks to the homestead soon! She also loves trying new recipes and cocktails.

Payton P. was born and raised in Springdale, AR and is currently apprenticing under Jaton. She likes to spend most of her free time thrifting, hanging with her friends and fur babies, and she's also a self-proclaimed pickle connoisseur! Payton is currently taking her own clients on Saturdays.

Molly was born and raised in Bentonville, AR and is currently apprenticing under Megan. In her free time she likes taking long drives with her friends, and shes obsessed with Swig and Chick-fil-A! She's an animal over with 6 dogs + 3 cats, and she loves sushi! Molly is currently taking her own clients on Saturdays.
